When Christine Ramirez, pastoral coordinator at our twin parish, received the “Warm Hearts” package, she immediately sent an email to thank us. She gave me permission to share her message with all of you:

Yvonne,
I can't thank you all enough. I sat down and cried with relief when I saw the check. Then I quickly indulged in those out-of-this-world cookies. I will take the articles, pictures and valentines over to everyone at Mass tonight. I am sure it will brighten their weekend.

The weather does seem to be getting a little milder. We are expecting thunder and rain showers tonight but it is supposed to stay up around 40. I sure hope so! This winter's bills have been devastating to everyone. The little house that I was renting before moving to the rectory has been sitting vacant but they had to keep some heat on for the pipes. That bill was $75 for one month.

Please tell everyone they are true angels to me and the parish with all their generosity. May our good Lord return it a thousand fold.

Love and Prayers Always,
Christine

What’s next?

Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 22 at 6:30PM in Room 205. Everyone’s welcome.

Watch for the Twinning committee’s first appearance at the Parish Life Weekend on April 21 and 22 in the Great Hall. Stop by, meet our members, pick up some materials, and learn about our mission.

Stay tuned to this bulletin supplement on the first Sunday of each month for news of upcoming activities and ways you can reach out.
